Love our MYP. Sure, paid more than others will at this point but whatever. Love the car and no regrets getting it. I’ve heard the M3 has superb driving dynamics/handling but didn’t consider it because we wanted a SUV. Don’t think you can go wrong with either choice.

That’s the last domino for me, personally.

Especially if the price difference is still ~3.5K between LR and Plaid.

I think it’s unconscionable that I knowingly and intentionally bought a rapidly deprecating liability and it just depreciated slightly faster.

They probably calculated a lower residual. If they keep dropping the price on new Model 3s, how are they going to sell the lease returns?

Hoping the X will drop to 80k once the economy tanks.

It appears that for M3RWD leases, the peak opportunity was $349/mo, even though there have been 2 or 3 price drops since then. It makes sense since $7500 credit decreased to $3750, more than offsetting the 2k price decrease.

Tesla pockets $7500 regardless of the new battery rules. Commercial EV credit is different from the consumer one.

so model 3 SR lease price increased?

Yes, presumably due to change in the Federal rebate criteria.

Have you ever bought at Television or Computer?

Today’s prices are no different than the prices of early 2021.

Tesla is still getting $7500 for each M3 SR leased. New fed criteria is only for purchases.

I’ve been out of the loop on this. What was the $3750 reduction in rebate for on the M3RWD?

For purchases only. Two separate sections of IRA addresses purchasing vs leasing. Leasing portion has no income limits, msrp limits, manufacturing origin requirements. Hence everyone leasing $100k+ EQS with the $7500 credit passed through.

Apparently Cybertruck deliveries start end of Q3.

And monkeys might fly out of my butt by then.
