The issue is, selling my YP now make top money , but the best time to buy is October December where you get the best deal , so if I wait till than maybe I can find the car I want way cheaper but also my YP would go down in value

Beige interior is the dealbreaker for me.
That and the 1 year of remaining basic warranty to fix rattles.

If Iâm not wrong, branded title Teslas loss all the warranties including the 8 year battery. This is a tick timing bomb.
Looks like OPs definition of branded is different than the usual one. Itâs branded but itâs a lemon/buyback if I am understanding the latest posts. Itâs not salvage as some of us thought.

Not on lemon buyback they took it back and fix it the warranty is in effect both the 5 years and the 8 years I checked with tesla

Hey Buddy , the reason i post here is to get opinion, on purpuse i will bring legitimit reason on why should i buy the car to see what are the arguments of not buying the car , this is how i do with my busienss since 1991, even if was 100% sure that i am buying the car which i am not, i want to challange the arguments, since the senarios can be diffrent for each person , i purchased a Lexus RX330 in 2004 and i kept it till may 2025 , sold it for 3K, the only valid reason for me not to be the car is if i want to sell it in the next 3-5 years, in this senario than its a bad decesion, i already made my mind that i willw wait for lease returns for X 2023 HW4 i guess i will pay more but less headaceh
I just got a text from Tesla rep saying they got in similar car X 2023 Black Exterior Beige interiod $15135 Mile into Tesla Inventory selling for $74K , and he told me all the HW4 on 23 that will come be will be prices around 70K depending on the trim and milage , its 30K diffrence
