Tesla Model 3/ Model Y Lease Reductions for Leasehackrs!

They did raise the price. I checked last night because I was planning on stopping by a store on Monday, but not gonna bother now. I was on the fence because I’m not a Tesla or Musk fan, but for $273 with $800 DAS, I would strongly consider it. For $360/mo with $1300 DAS, it’s a hard pass for me.

Contingent on what for the 7500?

Are you only able to see the $7500 reduction after you do the $250 non refundable reservation & apply for leasing? The estimator doesn’t really provide that much info. If so, anyone have the full breakdown for a base Model Y Long Range? (Total cost)

I was wondering the same thing. It looks like the estimator is not showing it

So there is no negotiation or price changing? What you get when you plug in your zip is the actual price that everyone one will pay at that time?

A post was merged into an existing topic: The Tesla Landfill. Shame. Shame. Shame

Better to lease a 2023 Model 3 than to buy because the early 2024 refresh will make it depreciate more than normal.

518/mo 36mos 15k/yr with ~3800 due at signing on a base car no paint no interior no options base wheels

Did anyone actually get an accepted lease application with the terms for the residual and money factor in line with the $250/mo 24M/10K lease advertised advertised?

I ordered and applied on 10/14. They sent me approval and terms 10/15 but when I back out the stuff rolled in, they’re trying to give me the $330/mo lease terms making my payment about $80/mo higher than advertised at least through Oct 16th. I’m a well qualified buyer, so I know credit/income isn’t to blame. I hope I’m wrong, but I suspect Tesla did a bait and switch on a LOT of people that ordered and applied around Oct 10th to Oct 17th.

No, it won’t. Not when comparing lease to ownership TCO across 3- or 4-year cycles.

you’re probably right…i was kicking myself for not ordering one when the 24 month terms were low. I hope they honor it for you.

Was there an asterisk on this advertisement? I doubt we’ve seen an advertisement w/o an asterisk. Keep in mind they have no idea what your registration costs, tax rate, and so on are. That’s why they put an asterisk to tell you all the things that aren’t included.

While I didn’t see the advertisement, there are very few vehicles going for $330 month effective right now.

Has anyone done the lease numbers on a model S with the $7500 lease credit? Don’t want to pay the $250 just to run the full numbers.

it’s on their website on the configure page. Model S lease isn’t great at all. It’s like $1350/month with 0 down for base. Plaid is $1500-$1600ish

I thought you had to go through with the order to get a more accurate estimate? Or is that to just see what the DAS will be after the $7500 is applied?

It’s the latter, you’ll just see a better break down of the rebate, MF, fees, DAS, etc…

But the payment on the configurator is accurate

I was so interested in model Y once i saw these great lease prices - Then i saw that for some reason lease not available in my state - Womp womp

Anyone get any numbers in Texas? Seems like the up front tax makes it no good especially when Audi and BMW are giving tax incentives.

Why so much down on a lease? Pay the higher monthly and put $0 down. You lose that down payment in the case of an accident.
