How do you check where your car is selling? I thought GMTV sold at auction?
VIN… just google the vin .
I agreed to price on friday and filled out the documents and havnt heard back at all
In the process of selling our ‘21 Model 3 SR+ to GMTV. They were slightly less than Driveway but are actually responsive and could take the car this week.
Agreed to price Friday Afternoon, had esign that day and physical papers and a check today. I dropped it off at Manheim Seattle and they’ll activate the check within a day or two. Super communicative and easy to deal with.
The manheim Seattle folks leave something to be desired, but that’s not a GMTV issue.
Just checking in. Considering selling my Tesla to GMTV vs. Driveway as well. Did your check get activated timely? Any issues post transaction? Thank you!
I’ve sold to GMTV on 2 different occasions. Both were very easy and professional. They said check was active within 1 hour. I didn’t test that but deposited next day and had no issues with checks clearing.
Sorry! Thought I posted an update but it never went. No issues at all - check was activated within 24 hrs of dropping off at Manheim.
Thank you @28firefighter and @COJeep !!
No issues with check or payoff.
Ive sold 5 vehicles to them and they were great.
GMTV is great, came in took 10 minutes
Waited another 10 for the Uber to pick me up
Paid 451XX with taxes, not a lease
Sold 45000
Lost 100 bucks so what
I realized I wanted a long bed
Already placed a deposit for one
Who uses the bed on a truck either way?
Me when I buy a motorcycle
Booooo you’re banned from the flipper club for taking a loss
I rented it for 20 days or so put 600 miles
For $100 is that a loss?
Im just messing with ya.
Payback for the other day.
He’s your boy bro
If it was 3 years ago you would have gotten crushed on that transaction!
I agree
I did like the truck and I was going to keep but at a $100 loss
I’ll take a electric lime 23 off road long bed
After going back and forth with Carvana, Driveway, CarMax, and a couple of local dealers, I settled on GMTV. Overall, the process was quite easy - I did have the option of them coming to pick the vehicle up, or, driving 45 minutes away for an additional $500. I got them to agree to an additional $1000 and an Uber ride home. They wound up paying $34k for a 2019 Jeep GC Laredo with 31k miles (several months before lease maturity). I received my equity check for $10,561 two days later.
During the process, I ordered a replacement and now enjoy a 2022 Jeep Rubicon 4xe!
Cheers,
Biggs
