Thanks manny. When do they send the separate equity check? I already made my next payment to Infiniti just to be safe.
I believe they would send it the same day they send the payoff check to NMAC. ( I had negative equity that I had to pay to vroom).
Also, my account took approximately 9 business days between NMAC receiving the payoff and my online account showing “satisfied”. I reached out to infiniti for my refund of August payment and they said just wait a few days. Keep you posted.

How is the payoff process when you accept Vroom offer?
I have a 2019 RX and got my offer from Vroom.
But I don’t know who is responsible for paperwork with Lexus financial?
Do I need to pay other fees to Lexus or Vroom other that offered price from Vroom?

Carvana doesn’t take buyout within 60 days of maturity… vroom will take up to last day?
Not sure yet, I’m only at the beginning of the process, waiting for e documents to sign.
I called in yesterday they told me they are still waiting for verifying ownership so… I think they might be a bit backed up.
Not sure if I should schedule my Sep. payment yet (it’s due on 1st of the month but the buyout expired on 9/9), Vroom told me it should be done by 9/9, might cut a bit close, we shall see…
make the payment now, no way will vroom pay it off by the 1st and you don’t want a late payment hit on credit.
Can I get the refund? If Vroom pay it off let’s say on 9/7.
Even if vroom picks up your car in next few days. Then it will take them couple days to mail your equity check to the company. Then it will take them a few days to apply and close your account.
Yes, you will be refunded any extra payment over the payoff.

Carvana: $32.0 (~$600 loss)
Vroom: $33.9 (~$1,300 gain)
Sold (docs signed, pickup pending) and am in the market for a new car!

It’s been 2 days for me I still haven’t heard back from them.
~3 business days. I kept calling their call center (around 3-5p CT works best) and requested them to expedite.
I see, seems like onhold for over 1 hour is pretty normal… the on hold music is brainwashing me… 
Vroom sent out my equity check and payoff today via fedex. Got the tracking #’s

Congrats ! I had been following your posts about how carvana kept increasing offers but couldn’t buy out IFS lease in the end. Glad it worked out for you!

Thanks Mani! I wish Carvana would buy out NMAC leases but Vroom like I was saying was pleasantly responsive and quick with everything.

No I didn’t, and I’m still on hold, it’s almost 2 hours.
Do you happens to have their email address?
It’s almost impossible to reach someone in their doc dept. I did everything through email and they were very responsive.

I’m having the same issue. I accepted the offer and submitted my DL/Reg/ODO on Sunday. Still no email about the contract.
Called yesterday and when I finally got hold of someone, they said that they are still processing it. Still no email today.
Wish they were better about keeping you updated on the progress of things.
