The sweet spot for the i3 should be 30mo lease since that’s the minimum requirement for CVRP rebate. About ~20/mo difference

530 incentive was increased by $750 but the payment was left at $435 it should go down to $414 or drive offs lowered.
2 discrepancies with your statement:

You aren’t comparing the same cars, the previous $435 one sold. My only cars that carried over from last month were the i3, m3, 640i gt, m6. The rest are new and I got additional room to discount the m6. The i3, 640i gt, m3 remained the same price.

Incentives do not necessarily equate discounts on the lease payment. Selling price is an important factor as well and that is heavily influenced by dealer holdback and trunk money (which unfortunately is not discussed enough on these forums!). For example, incentives on the i8 stayed the same from March to April, but dealers got more trunk money allowing for me to put the car on special and at 4k cheaper total lease cost! Another example would be the blowout 7 series from last month, incentives were horrendous (zero lease credit and only $2k loyalty), but the reason they were so low was due to trunk money allowing them to reach absurd discounts of 24%+ as well as it being bonus month for the 7s.

Most likely not, but there is a chance they bring them back. They’re close currently, but not as deep as last month. Fingers crossed.
