Is $551 with your tax already included? And what was your down payment?
Yes, includes 6% tax. And just first month’s payment due. I didn’t put anything down.
Wow, nice deal! Think this is the best I’ve seen for a land!
Exactly what I’m trying to get but only getting to about 4-5% off MSRP…
Any insight into what encouraged the dealer to go ~9% off or just kept asking around and found someone willing to deal?
These have been sitting in my area so they were already advertising $6k off on their website. Wish I could say it was my savvy but more coincidence that they’re discounted more here. It’s usually the opposite since we don’t have much competition.
Congrats on the new ride! And thanks for sharing the data point.
Just did nearly the same deal in PA a few days ago. 73.3k Land.
We’ve got 9% tax on lease payments and I ended up at $580.
I probably could have gotten a bit better, but the entire process was so easy and seamless with the dealer I didn’t even care about eh $10-20. Did the whole thing over text and their initial offer didn’t mark anything up or add anything weird and doc fees were very low.
Same situation here as the OP. My dealer had the price in the site discounted $5,125. Tacked on the, $7500, $1500, and $800 rebates and it was basically where I wanted to be. Smaller market and they have been sitting; city of 100k with nearest major 1.5 hours away.
What’s the $800?
Not OP but on the Land 24/10s, the EV rebate is 8300, so maybe they just split that number?
Here in NJ I was looking at the Ariya but some of these EV9 leases are intriguing enough to pay a bit more for a larger vehicle than the Ariya.
Seems like the dealers around me unloaded their Winds and have a bunch of Lands sitting around. NJ is also no EV tax so the Land leases might be real attractive if the upfront discount is good enough but NJ dealers are notorious for being hardliners when it comes to price.
Search the forum for LLR and Wind deals and try to replicate those.
I just tried to get a deal in PA on a Land 24/10. The dealer opened $850 mo with 3K DAS. They only showed the 7500 and 800 rebates. Guess I’ll be calling around on this.
Dont ask them for offers.
I was planning on just letting them quote.
Thanks!
Theres the problem
Letting them quote you is just going to set yourself way too far apart from what your target deal should be, leaving you little to no chance they will meet the target. They aren’t just going to accept a deal for half the monthly payment after quoting you what they did.
From what I am learning there could be another 8 to 9% off in dealer discount off the MSRP. That would make the payment close to what the original poster had, I’m going to have to work for it.
Point is, you are highly unlikely to get the dealer you already asked for quotes from to agree to that discount, you already let them set the bar. Can certainly try though. Next dealer, start with an offer from the start.
