I finally found the Pegasus and it was grey.
LeaseHackr score of 20.6. The deal is NOT replicable at this dealership.
Oh we so need the deets! What are the details of the lease if you do not mind.
So you got X5 for 330, and i8 for 599? Can we all see the contract?

Congrats but can you explain the aspects of how you made this deal happen? Is it a loaner? Is this dealer changing hands? What motivated such a big discount.

What can I say? I was a LeaseHackr before LeaseHackr existed. 
Thanks. It is not a loaner/demo/exec car/BMWNA Corp car. I suppose the motivation is that the trunk monies are about to disappear.

Ok so expand on that, how much trunk money was on the i8 vs the remainder that came from additional dealer discount?

whats the area and lastly what incentives were used, the number is a little off.
Lease, loyalty and OL. Nothing else on the consumer side of the equation.

Yes April. I leave brokering to the brokers. They are really great at what they do. Though the thought has crossed my mind.
