Signed! 2026 Lexus TX 350 Premium AWD | $64,854 MSRP | 36/10 | $574 + tax | First month + MSDs DAS

Not a lot of talk of these on here (zero incentives but strong program this month) … but I was able to put together a surprisingly easy deal for my parents. Their problematic XC90 Recharge lease was ending this month, and they needed a three-row semi-luxury SUV. Enter the Lexus TX. Not my personal favorite, but it works for them.

I gathered the details, set a target, and reached out to five SE Michigan dealers. Within 30 minutes, I had a deal for them to sign which included delivery to their doorstep. This was my first time working a Lexus deal, and I have to say—all the dealers were courteous, straightforward, and provided excellent service to my parents. Refreshing.

For reference, the actual monthly payment is $599 pre-tax, but the deal was structured so the dealer cut my parents a $900 check, effectively bringing the monthly down to $574 when factored in.

MSD’s had a big impact lol

Yes! Seems like Lexus has some of the strongest MSD reductions in the market. But on the flip side, they don’t subside their leases as much as others hence their usually poor leases.

This is a great deal. I was hunting around for a few hybrid models and getting absolutely nothing in response. Might be a regional thing though. Down here they never ever seem to want to budge.

I have a bunch of southeast dealers and I can get you 8% off the hybrids and 10% off gas. If you’re serious about moving forward with something, text me 516-550-3707

@amaximeya solid deal!

Nice job! Congrats!

Lexus MFs are location dependent so prices can vary by region. It’s year-end so cast your net wide… there is a decent amount of inventory on the ground. Dealers want to move cars + programs are strong for the TX this month. The dealer actually had the car shipped from Kentucky to make this deal happen… evidence that they want to move units to meet year end targets.

I know you can buy OOS. I’ve tried a few dealers but I was stonewalled and told the best deals were for in-state only on the few models I looked at, mainly the RX hybrid.

Keep in mind that the hybrid has a different (lower) RV hence not the sweet spot for any deals.

Oh I know its not Leasehackr top of the charts, but I’m getting bupkis on ANY deals on either that or the hybrid NX. Only the gas models with 20mpg seem to be getting any traction.
