With the craze for GLC63S at an all time high and my success at an all time low, I decided to pivot towards the slower, also 4 cylinder, trim level. Low balled the dealer another 7k from asking and they begrudgingly agreed.
So here are the details for my commuter car for the next two years. PS: No sisters were harmed in the making of this deal. Also dealer has one more but @dualipa is likely taking it so ask her if she wants to give hers to you.
MSRP: $78,825
Selling Price: $53,500 (~32.5% off)
Incentives: $500 ABA Fleet + $2000 Conquest Certificate
MF: 0.00046 base + .00040 markup - 0.00060 one pay reduction → 0.00041 for one-pay (MF before markup is minimum of .00001 then dealer adds their markup)
Residual: 64% minus loaner mileage → 63.56%
Term: 24 months / 10,000 miles per year
One Pay: $3900
So I’m new to this whole dance here but what are you doing, generally speaking, to find these cars discounted so far off of MSRP? I get negotiation and all of that, and throwing out a number I am comfortable with isn’t an issue either, but I am totally floored that you were able to find one for 20+% off to begin with.
Are Merc dealers actually advertising these that low?
Absolutely ridiculous deal. I’d get my wife one of these in a heartbeat if I could snag one.
