Took me about 1 week of car hunting 2025 demos and reached out to about 15 dealers to find this car that happened to be local to me. Dealer has none left so don’t even ask. Worked out the deal first via phone/email and then went in person to see the car which wasn’t even ready due to a damaged wheel that they replaced. Sadly this car didn’t come with the Bowers and Wilkins speakers. Loyalty was achieved by buying, titling, and insuring a Facebook marketplace $500 2004 Volvo S60, title transfer cost $200, scrapped it for $400, net cost was $300 (probably should add this to the calc). Dealer said to send them the invoice for my PA inspection and they’ll take care of it.
MSRP: $92,675
Dealer Discount: $18,850 (~20%)
Rebates: $14,000 Total - $7500 everyone, $1000 everyone, $2000 Costco Exec, $500 A-Plan (via wife’s employer), $3000 Loyalty (this was a fun one to get)
Add ons: $621 for up to $7,500 of wear and tear upon turn in
MSD: $6,000 paid via Capital One Venture X for 2x miles, no credit card fees.
Yea, Once deal closed, could’ve sold that junker to another Leasehackr user planning a Volvo lease. New owner, same VIN in Volvo’s system, fresh loyalty claim.
Anyway, I’ve been trying to hack an EX90 with Bowers & Wilkins speakers for a week now, still no luck. Got the dealer down to a 13% discount and I’m aiming for under $500/month.
Any idea if lease support on the 2025 is ending this month?
