Just got the car back.
This dealer in Colma, CA offers the best deal. $5000 one pay lease for a new Blazer LT. MSRP 47,085.
I have Conquest, current lease, Supplier, Costco Executive.
I planned to apply GM credit card, but the dealer just gave that rebates directly at the end.
Dealer said they are one car short for the quarter bonus, so they have one more car with the same color White on Black to give away with at least the same deal. Go and get it if you are in the market!

I originally only contacted dealers that has a good deal of courtesy only. However, many cars with good deals had been gone, but dealers have not removed them from the website. Some do not want to drop the price to what I budgeted.
For the one I got, it is actually a new car. The car I originally quoted was gone, and they started to offer this one. They wanted 7k at the beginning. I offered 4.5k at the beginning. At the end, we met at 5k.
