SIGNED! 2025 BMW IX xdrive50 (loaner) $100k MSRP- 36mo/7.5k, $506+tax, $0 DAS

, ,

Another data point for the community.

Manager’s demo car with 7k miles. Qualified for the $7,500 in incentives. Sat on the lot 400+ days according to Cargurus.

Ended up at 27% (rounded) pre-incentive before $9,500 (inclusive of loyalty). Closed this last day of December 2025 programs.

Most dealers wouldn’t budge bc they can keep pocketing the BMW corporate kickback for loaners up to 15k miles.

Will post pics when it arrives.

did you get free complimentary EA charging?

Nice deal. LMK when you’re ready to lease transfer to SoCal

I’m told that was only 2023’s… does that conform to current understanding?

I have 2023 Kia ev6 and I have 1k KWh with that through EA.

But I charged mostly at home so won’t make much of a difference for me.

Ha! You got it! 5k DAS… jk. Possible I let this one go way earlier than maturity.

Was/am still stuck in a leasehacked KIA ev6 GT. Never again! The inability to get out of lease is soul-crushing. Especially our addicted community.

You should get 1,000 kWh free charging for 2025 model year.

Thanks for the ping!

does it being a loaner void that then?

I’ll for sure ask for it!

All of the i4 loaners I have encountered explicitly included the free charging. Not sure if iX would be any different but I would certainly look into it. You need to get the activation code from the dealer.

Much appreciated!

Nice . I got the 2 yrs free for 2023 eqs and not sure about current ones. Good luck.

Can we get a leasehacker sheet link on this calculation.. I am also aiming for a loaner car. So need a negotiation reference numbers

Isn’t the incentive 12k this month?

I think unchanged. but loaners don’t get the full incentive.

That’s weird the online calculator at my local dealer includes the 12k incentive on their courtesy vehicles

I just realized you closed in December.

Delivered. Great dealer out-of-state transaction overall. a couple scrapes and interior blemishes, but I’m not complaining.

Call and confirm. I had multiple dealers say it did not apply. I believe there’s some mention of it on these forums as well. Happy to be corrected though.

I had a calc, then lost it as I was closing the deal. Though you do have all the major inputs:

$100k MSRP- 36mo/7.5k, $506+tax, $0 DAS

base MF

pre-incentive discount of 27% (I believe it was 26.8X, or so) and the incentives – calc will show 12/13k for IX, but loaners only got 7.5k (9.5k if you have loyalty). YMMV.

Rest is how you structure.

You can also just grab one the IX calcs on the forums and change as you need.

Thank you this is a good reference for m

Few clarifying questions

  1. The pre incentive discount of 27% is because it loaner and has miles on it right ? What is the max I can negotiate? 30% ? The one I am looking is $89k . Unsure how much discount I should ask .

  2. incentive 7.5k . Is this EV rebate ?

  3. xdrive 50 is discontinued in 2026. Is there any disadvantage because of this ?

  4. Did you get CPO warranty also because it has 7k miles . Did you get free charging? Any other freebies ?

yes, 27 bc it’s a loaner, specifically with 7k miles. loaners closer to the 10k mark have more discount in them – more time/miles in loaner fleet. 30% would be ambitious, but as soon as I see one discount on the forums, I shoot for 2-5% more and see where I land – but you have to know where to look and what units to target. cargurus is your friend, and there’s plenty of intel on the forum.

  1. yes
  2. iono??
  3. I’m covered. still haven’t confirmed free charge, but consensus seems to say I should. car came with a charger. $XXX dollar value. I may try and sell it as I don’t need it at all.

Congrats! Just ask the dealer (either sales or a Genius) for the production number for EA and then input in the BMW app. See YouTube vids for steps.

Most likely you’ve got it but only one way to find out.
