I just signed 2025 IX 9kmi for one pay 36/10 @ 25k out of CT MSRP $97k
FYI it’s actually a cheaper TCO to do MSD instead of one pay with this, not to mention the lost investment opportunity. Either way, congrats.
This calc doesn’t look quite right. There should be a $0.30/mi penalty to residual for iX, not $0.25. And the pre penalty residual should be 52% on 36/10k, not 50%.

Hard to get the calc to be exact when the dealer finagles the numbers to make the deal work. Here is from contract…maybe this will help clear it up
I agree with what you are saying. I am different than most. I do one pay because I don’t want payments and a benefit is getting a slight reduction in MF.

Funny that your dealer wrote $0.25 as the mileage penalty for over mileage. My dealer did the exact same thing with my iX which got the contract got kicked back by BMW FS and I had to re-sign

How did you negotiate 22% off MSRP ?
It was a demo close to 10k mi. They already marked it down 18% and were willing to meet my number at $25k to get the deal done.
