Do you get any California rebates? I thought the minimum lease term was 30 months to qualify.

Why is it that the total is still $14696.44 I would be nervous signing this. I see line 3 Amount to be paid in cash but this seems like they could get you for $14696.44 also in Total $15,096.44 Also they have the date and single pay switched. Anyway not trying to bash you, great deal if it sticks.

Agree, oddly written contract
$10k rebate, as it shows on the contract. That is a customer rebate, so it shows as amount due but then shows as a separate line item for rebate. This is perfectly normal and correct.

I’ve determined there is no replicating this. OP got a one-off deal. Dealers who have actually given me numbers in Norcal aren’t even coming in at what the brokers are offering.
That often is the case when the dealer screws up and writes a non-fundable contract.

Or they can write a separate check to the buyer for those additional incentives.
.I have noticed most of Hyundai dealerships don’t really do one-pay. The last one I asked to do one-pay with told me to just do regular lease and then buyout the car. Then another one told me that there is no advantage of one-pay, I had to politely inform them that it decreases the MF.
For the laughs, one of the dealers I reached out to in Norcal responded with a 24/12 lease term on a limited trim of $780/month effective. Not kidding.

We have all gotten these texts, this thread has set very false expectations for whats possible in CA

It reminds me of several years ago when people were picking up Tacoma SR’s for $100 / month due to a dealer not knowing the Ally system and I guess Ally just gave each dealer one or two free passes….however similar to this it gave a false expectation.

Wow that’s crazy compared to the deal error OP got. What dealer on SoCal if you don’t mind sharing?
Garden Grove Hyundai. The deal could theoretically be replicated but they are out of SE RWDs and there aren’t any SE RWDs coming for a couple months according to my sales guy. I know my deal wasn’t nearly as good as the error deal in this thread but nonetheless I’m still very satisfied with the price I got.
I had given them a call day before yesterday too. They told me this exact one-pay amount to me as well. It was good that they were straightforward with what they can do. Told $6.9k for SE, and ~$8k+ on SEL.
