Signed! 2024 Cadillac Lyriq Luxury 2 AWD - $302.68/mo - 24/10k - $0 down

,

This one seems like a great deal although probably not replicable. The car is a 2024 fart, I mean courtesy car with about 1600 miles.

Details:

  • MSRP: $72,570
  • Discount: $8,000
  • Rebates: $9,500 (CCR: $2,500, Conquest: $3,000, GM Executive Code: $2,500, Post-Signing: $1,500 rebate of Level 2 home charger costs (or 2 years free Electrify America charging)
  • Term: 24 months
  • Residual: 75.55%
  • MF: 0.0016 (3.84%)
  • Payment: $302.68
  • Due at Signing: $1,039.87 (first payment of $302.68 + tax on rebates of $474.19 + title/reg fees of $263)

The GM Exec code waived the acquisition fee and capped the dealer/doc fees at $75. The dealer is in Nevada but car is being registered/titled in MI. Title/reg fees are estimated because I haven’t done that yet (I will pay that out of pocket).

I did my best to replicate this in the calculator, although the calculated payment is a few bucks less than my actual payment. With the post-sale rebate, the calculator scores it at 22.4 years. Without the post-sale it comes in at 18.4 years. Not too shabby! Now I just need to sell the Model Y I bought in October…

This looks great!

What’s the GM Executive Code?

I’m in Michigan and know a lot of GM people. Do you know how the executive code is generated ?

I am curious about the GM Executive incentive as well, haven’t found a proper description of it yet…

As far as I know it’s similar to a Supplier code but it unlocks bigger discounts. A GM Executive would have to give it to you, either directly or through another GM employee. It’s most likely usually distributed as a goodwill type of thing to customers.

I am no expert on the GM Exec code, just lucky enough to have a friend who is authorized to generate/use them. My understanding is that they are reserved for senior executives and are different from the F&F or GMS programs. The dealer had never seen one before and was convinced that it would not stack because he had nowhere to enter it on the usual screen, but in the end it stacked with most other discounts and required a phone call to be activated.

FYI, it did NOT stack with smaller rebates (first responder, college, etc.), but obviously that was a trade-off that I was happy to make.

What SIGNED! post would be complete without some pix? Not mine?

@gurs Is CCR: $2,500 the rebate on 2024 Lyriq loaners or its something else.

Thanks.

I think so, but not an expert on these programs.

Very nice deal! I am enjoying the sister SUV, Acura ZDX, mostly because of how cheap it is

Wow…great deal!

Congrats! This is great! The dealer here in NTX would NOT lease me a courtesy/loaner 2024 Lyriq, only offered a purchase deal.

This is an excellent deal.
I tried to get a similar deal in SoCal but I didn’t get anywhere near and end up getting a Acura version on GM made Lyriq, ZDX for similar pricing. It was much easier to get the price down.

I am trying to pretty much get to this number, with $1500 in less incentives i.e supplier allowance instead of GM executive code.

TX seems horrible for Cadillac, MF is marked up sky high , with at minimum dealer add-ons of $1000

Can you be my new best friend :joy:

Yes, the dealer add-ons are a killer for a lease since almost none are residualized. My deal would have died on the vine if they hadn’t waived the $3,490 worth of add-ons on the window sticker.
