Thanks @Jimzigg for the lead.
Really good deal for a Hybrid SUV made by Italian. With <4k miles on it.

Glad to help! Enjoy the car
Great deal, especially for texas, which taxes upfront. Post pics!
Nicely done! Show some pics
would you be able to post to contract?
Nice work!
Would love to replicate in Florida. I’ve reached out to a few dealerships but no bites sadly.
Your taxing structure is different in FL. So, you won’t be able to replicate exactly. But you can shoot for a similar deal before taxes. Also, FL typically has high dealer doc fees. You’ll need to account for that too. A $1k doc fee divided by 24 months adds about $42/month to your payment. Most TX doc fees are fairly low.
but whats this deal look like without taxes? There are no numbers here to really look at, ie no mf, no residual, msrp, discounts, etc. Do you know where this can be found?
OP would have to post the contract or divulge all of those numbers here in the thread.
You can find out residuals, rebates, and money factor in your area on Edmunds Forum or on here if you’re a super supporter.
This was moved over to an ally deal by the dealer due to need for Texas tax credits so I don’t have much to go on. I think they had to cut a check back to the buyer to make the monthly match 200/mo. Signed deal was higher before the kickback.
I’d be all over this if I had a dealer nearby. Closest one is 4 hrs away. And you know it’ll be in there for repairs often.

I got the leads from Jim, so you guys may contact him to reach the sales or you may DM me.
I may not be able to response in time, really sorry about that.
It is fairly easy and simple, and no need to struggle with MF, RV etc. The dealer sales Connor is very friendly, as well as the financial manager.
They just gave me a check to compensate the contract(which was 350/month) difference. All the other work were done by them. Just came in, checked the vehicle, signed contract and paid the first month, and then drove off.
It is a compact SUV, hybrid, which can have 30 miles or so on the 10kW battery (which suits my need for daily commute). Otherwise just like to a compact gas SUV.
Not sure about the incentive breakdown, but after discount(demo, for about 12000)/rebates/incentives(conquest, EV, costco(it didnot show in their system so they didnot count in)) it was below RV. That was the reason the dealer let me bring a check back.
200/M was their bottom line, and the sales will make it happen and take care of all kind of numbers. There are about 5~6 similar deals in the same dealer, which is fairly great deal for TX.
contract img removed. It was uploaded to the contract post.
Here is the detail.
Sorry, how to do it?
Never mind, did it, but looks like it was not right.
For more accurate details, please check the contract image above.
Again - This was an ally deal so will look funky with a large check back to customer to get effective pmt down. Many have reached out to me but the msrp on this one was 50xxx and the cheapest remaining is 55xxx so the pmt will be 80-100 higher. I referred a couple LHers that got offered 299/mo and walked away so don’t bother reaching out if 300 is not possible.
For those who have reached out or were planning to - this dealer is no longer playing ball in April.
