Numbers are about 6 dollars off from the calculator, but I just helped a friend get a fair deal in Texas last Saturday:

Selling price: $55,746.82 (10.43%)
Months and Mileage: 36 months / 10k miles
Incentives: $7,500 EV Credit, $5,000 Dealer Allowance (Lasted till May 1st), $500 Affinity, $500 loyalty.
DAS: $582/month, $582 monthly, no MSDs.

The deal could have been a lot juicier with lender tax credit but no dealership around this area had it available.
They ended up taking the S60 that we had as a trade-in at almost a flush amount to the pay-off and that shaved the taxes to some extent. The final numbers came out to be $530 DAS, $530 monthly with the tax savings.
I see now these qualify for $2,500 in incentives for being members of Costco but the $5k rebate is gone for the moment.
I think we could def see some crazy numbers if the $5k allowance comes back and it stacks with the Costco incentive and IF anybody could get tax credits on top of that.
