Signed: 2023 BMW X3 M - $1052/mo incl taxes

Traded my 2020 330i (RIP $348/mo lease) for a 2023 BMW X3 M. It’s a steep rise in my monthly payment, and maybe I could have gotten a better deal with the market shifting, but this car is pretty sweet. Thoughts? What would you have done different here?

Did you get any loyalty rebate? Also, if you call BMW financial and tell them you got another BMW, they may waive disposition fee on your old lease.

Thank you

I didn’t see any loyalty rebates, and when I asked they said they didn’t offer loyalty rebates on the M. Thanks for the heads up about waiving the disposition fee, I will check.

If you traded it in, you might not have paid disposition. Not sure on the incentives. Nice ride though. enjoy!

Super jealous. I sold my X3M lease after 3 months because of a commute change. Biggest regret. My lease was $800 and now I cant find one under $1,150

Ah I’m sorry to hear that, hopefully there’s an opportunity in the near future to get it closer to $800 or at least just under $1k. Initially their numbers were in the $1300 ball park which I outright refused.

What would have been the equity based on the highest bid from other bidders?

How do you like it so far?

nice car but I think I would have rather get 3x 330i for my family :fearful:

My payoff was around $25.8k, I hadn’t inquired other bids, but KBB trade-in estimates were ranging from $27-$29k, so maybe an additional $1k or so if I had looked around more?

24 hours in and I love it. Will report back after the 1,200 mi break-in period

Ha! I don’t think I could swing the same $348/mo deal again. Feb 2020 was generous on lease terms. So maybe only 2x 330i’s for the fam in 2023?

Love the interior. Enjoy the new ride! :sunglasses:

MF buy rate is .0018 or $51 per month on this deal.

Ah yeah no wonder this was the last one on the lot.

Wow - this is awesome! I just got some lease figures on a custom build 2023 BMW X3 M40i with MSRP of $65,475 and the payments were around $1200/month with $1500 cash down for a 36 month lease and 12k miles per year. Does not seem like a good deal at all, and doesn’t look like it even includes 6% sales tax for Kentucky. I asked for residual value and money factor being used to calculate this and after seeing what you got on the X3 M, I can confirm that this is a terrible deal!

Yeah curious what those MF/RV numbers are. I just input some of those numbers in the calc with 9% off the MSRP as the cap cost and I’m seeing a much lower monthly cost for the M40i. Looks like there’s a loyalty offer of $1500 if you qualify for that too: CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR
