Signed: 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE Base $64,550 MSRP, 24mo/12k, $392/mo, $392 DAS

What state are you in?

This is the same incentive stack i got on mine in FL two weeks ago.

I wouldn’t qualify for loyalty since I don’t have a similar product within my household. Good deal is subjective but in this current market, something that actually makes sense in terms money vs make model. Do you have a make/model/trim spreadsheet? I’m inquiring about a lease and you’re inquiring about my user name :joy:

I’ve actually been reading on forum for bout 5 years. Never needed to make ab account or comment as the search feature works well. However due to the current car market I need to weigh my options differently.

I cant imagine why

I am on the hunt for one and a dealer came back with 70,000 w/o mentioning the $7500 or any other incentives. How Can I replicate this?

Wow thank you. So I just need a dealer to honor this and I’m golden. Thank you so much . Hopefully I get lucky

Not a matter of getting lucky. Thats what the incentives are. If the dealer isnt giving you the incentives, theyre really just marking up the selling price to offset them. If they do that, just move on.

The 10% discount is the much harder thing to match here.

Does Texas allow credit for finance to lease

Yes. But not lease to lease/finance.

In order to get even close to this payment for VA residence for 22 GC 4xE, you require a dealer to honor 11% off MSRP, sub $500 Dealer Doc Fee, base Acquisition Fee, $2k Returning Lessee Rebate, TDM, and the other general incentives listed above…

If you do not have TDM or Returning Lessee, you will be $100 over.

Definitely but I could use the cash from time to time plus it’s only 24mo. Was debating it but decided not to.

Will get some pics tomorrow

First this is in Texas, second I think they are out of '22 Base anyways, only 70k+ Overland which won’t be anywhere close to the numbers here.

Thank you I think that worked. Unexpected numbers though, it gives me 5.5k for 2022 and 3k for 2023 (Idaho). I thought I read the 23 should have more incentives

Its regional. In a few states the 23s have more, but many its the other way around.

I also have Indiana resident so I wouldn’t deal with the high VA fees

For Indiana, you are about $70 away and this is for a 24/10. For 24/12 you are still $100.

Point is, taking someone else’s deal, not fully digesting the details behind it, with the hopes of getting lucky, will not pan out well.

I mean I got to try as there’s no brokers in my area really for these type of vehicles and deals.

You need to understand what is a good deal for your state. Differences in incentives, tax situations, etc, can make a big difference in final monthly payment, even if you get the same dealer discount. You can certainly try to target the same dealer discount someone else got, but you cant just blindly look at the monthly payment and target that.
