$64,550 MSRP (BASE+Paint+Luxury II) 24mo/12K, CCAP deal

10% off, $13,500 incentives. Base MF. Dealer told me only 39mo waives acq. this month and for 24 it’s $795. Not sure if it’s true but don’t really care. Also dealer used 59% for RV which seems to be last month’s number. Edmunds been reporting 58%, I’m not sure which is correct, we shall wait to see if the deal actually got funded.
Have a trade in involved in this deal so fudged the tax rate a bit to match the actual number. I only have Carvana offering about $1,000 over buyout ($32.5k), but that’s a total outlier, probably not take my windshield into account. I have the dealer matched the buyout. All other appraisals showed negative equity (Vroom, ALGO, GMTV, Driveway, local dealers etc) even ones here. So overall the tax savings is essentially ~$1,000 and the effective monthly is more like $430/mo. Still pretty good for what is I figure and don’t have to deal with any other potential issues.
Also apparently CDJR dealers may generate/request private cash coupon/TDM. Just in case you have no luck getting one on Jeep.com, ask them they may be able to help.

This is an awesome deal. Tips on replicating
Honestly, the dealer honored the discount shown on their website, I didn’t even negotiate. Just make sure there were no add-ons, base MF.
The appraisal came in at $29k originally, put in a bit effort to get them to offer $32.5k which is the buyout. Essentially that’s my bottom line and I insisted, as I’m fine taking the deal with full tax applied and sell the car to Carvana. I guess they still want the car.
What incentives did they give u to get that high discount. In my state my monthly would be even less depending on those incentives given. Very interested in this
Does Texas not require for trade in credit to be a finance?
Yes you need to trade in a loan not a lease to get the credit. The trade in I have is a BMW OC which is technically a balloon loan.
Incentives doesn’t matter what discount you get unless dealer is trying to muddy the water.
You check what your ZIP is qualified for on Jeep com. Should be 4k-6k on top of the $7,500
Excellent deal and congrats.
One pay would’ve also saved some more money but this is still great.
Post pics
There isnt as big of a benefit with doing a one pay on a 24 month lease since the mf reduction is lower than on longer leases.
Would still help, but not as much.

Congrats nice deal! 10% off is significant.
What’s a good place to find incentives for CA. Do you think if one can get 10% off, it will be similar pricing in CA too?
Part of the reason the monthly is so low here is that tax credit for the trade. You dont get that benefit in CA.

Does Texas allow credit for finance to lease, I thought it only works finance to finance (purchase)?
In this case, either the trade tax credit applied or there were texas tax credits applied.
When I try this I only see some lease offers and the only line reading “incentives” is the below.
“Lease payment term has factored in a $7,500 EV incentive++, provided by lender. +”
Dumb question but how do I see a breakdown of the 3-6k additional incentives on the jeep site?
Any brokers have good deals on these leases I want one

What do you mean by good deal? That is subjective and it can sometimes be a ridiculous expectation. We just saw someone pass up on a 23% off Laramie because loyalty was a deal killer.
What is up with the user name?

Until you’re on this site 6 months, that should appear in red across the top of every screen!

This is what I’m trying to find . I don’t see the additional incentives he got in multiple states. This deal beats out all the brokers on here. I am very interested
If u don’t mind me asking. What dealer cause I would love one
