Signed šŸ¦„ 2022 BMW 750i x-drive demo $ 639 monthly with $ 3870 DAS (36 month/10k miles & $110k MSRP)

No luck so far for me haha, closest I got was a 740i M-Sport in RI for $932/mo with $3K DAS.

I was wondering about lease support on 22’s for a different model. Is there an online list somewhere which dictates which models still have lease support?

I’m trying to work on a 2022 7 series deal but haven’t had any luck. Is it better to look for a loaner, used or search for a new with miles on it to get a similar deal. Appreciate the help.

Same in So Cal. In the $900s for a 740 w/M package.

Yep, not going well here either, looking for 22 740 loaner. Best I got is 954/mo $1500 DAS for a 95k msrp 740 m sport. not worth it

I would definitely pay someone if they could replicate this deal or come close.

Two ā€œcome closeā€ in two posts really makes me think.

Look here for brokers and dealers:

When factoring MSRP, this deal beats me by about $120 a month (a lot more miles on this one though). With that being said, I was very particular about specs and one dealer had 2. Another hacker got the one I really wanted (had Autobahn), but I was particular about what I wanted and willing to pay for it.

With that being said, I’m familiar with the 750 market. I’m almost positive support ends this month on the 2022s, so I think high $800s low $900s a month can be had on them without much work in the next 2 days if you can find them. Dealers should be very motivated!

OP got a smoking deal, but I couldn’t imagine having this without M Sport and just stock wheels. Looks like the only add on is luxury rear seating, so if specs don’t matter to you, I honestly think one or two hackers might even be able to replicate this.

You joined an hour ago, did research, contacted dealers, negotiated, and finalized a deal all in one hour. Congrats! Can you share your contract? If it’s legit I’ll Venmo you $200, that should take care of two fill ups

he is what we call a lurker

also dont waste your $200, its entirely possible to get that deal. @JohnCaza signed a 112k 750ix for $590/mo plus tax.

Ackshually… I didn’t end up closing on that one lol… not sure this will still help anyone, but I’ll post the deal structures here.

I just didn’t have a good gut feel about this one, $110k MSRP. The color combo, lack of M Sport on this car… just isn’t for me. I did have second thoughts after I backed out cause the deal was so good. But I started going back through the list of all the ones I liked and I had a good back and forth with the salesperson.

Ended up getting this one: $114K MSRP

Added lease end protection which they don’t have a problem selling in Alabama, but it’s illegal in NY. So before tax and lease end protection, this one is roughly $100 more than the other one, but I actually like the car lol. Getting delivered tomorrow  I’m psyched.

This was a smart move. It get’s old real fast if you just got it for the deal and didn’t actually love it.
