Volvo allowance was 2k and rest of the amount were discount! And it wasn’t a loaner.

This seems a little bit marked up from .00089 which adds $288 over the lease without MSDs. Just pointing this out as FYI.
Different cars - this one is AWD.
I got the MF from Edmunds for T5 mom AWD. For mom FWD Edmunds is reporting .00051 MF in Atlanta.
Maybe the other dealer mistakenly used AWD MF on FWD. Then the contract will be rejected. Or maybe he marked it up to .00089 from .00051
In this deal OP got higher 16% discount and marked up MF, if you are right about MFs. Well worth it.
