This was a difficult deal - I reached out to multiple dealers within 50 miles radius and only one dealer pulled it. I would assume it’s less likely to recently duplicate the same deal given the inventory scarcity.

Congrats and enjoy your ride.

Nice deal. Touring with Preferred is the way to go.

Hi,
Amazing deal! I am looking for same in So. Cal.

Could you share the dealer and the salespersons name?

I would really appreciate it!

You may ask for Jose at Temecula Mazda. Don’t expect to duplicate this deal though. A more realistic number would be $300 assuming all other criteria same as mine.

Congrats on your new ride! Pretty sweet deal you pulled.
I have a question that when you reach out to the dealers, what info do you include like do you give them the numbers you’re looking for?

Lucky. I assume you qualified for multiple incentives. I’m looking for a 3, and no dealer I have contacted is going down on selling price at all. It’s straight MSRP. Some have wicked mark-ups in the thousands, too.

Welcome to May 2021

Yeah, I’m super annoyed. One dealer says they won’t get inventory for up to 5 months after this. News reports (analysts) say supply chain issues can actually go well in 2022, perhaps even 2023 for some things. So it’s either pay full MSRP or wait it out but don’t know how long that wait will be. I know not just microchips are affected, but steel, rubber, wood, etc. It sucks, it really does. Esp when you have an exact make and trim you want and it also happens to be the top trim. Paying full MSRP is never anything anyone should do. Even with a current lease incentive, you’re not getting any kind of deal.

Curious how you got down to $26k-ish after your $1,250 incentives. Because technically it should have been $28,730?

The selling price was brought down to $26840 because of the $3140 dealer discount and then the $1250 incentive was applied.

Hmm ok. Yeah that wasn’t listed out so I was stumped. Yeah, I have having zero luck with any kind of dealer discount. No one is budging whatsoever. Not sure if it’s cuz of the model and trim I am going for. But everything is MSRP.

That’s why there’s a selling price listed thats different from the msrp and then the incentives are itemized… because it’s the discounted price.

Yeah I don’t see any of that with what I’ve been looking. I confirm selling price and it’s literally just the same number as the MSRP. This is why I’m confused seeing so many deals people are getting. There is literally no dealer discount for the model and trim I am looking at. It’s ridiculous.
