Everything is attainable if you are looking to do some digging and researching. Couple of things which are different right now is that inventory is low and discounts are not as high as they would be due to covid. But give it your best shot and see what you end up with.

The 7’s I found there are all over 5k miles.
I’m making the same lease payment on an S90 and it’s not even a T6. That’s insane for a 740i. I bet your neighbors think you blew your retirement on it haha
