Just wanted to share my deal! Seems BMW is wanting to move these $100k+ M3’s. A hefty discount and great residual is making for some good deals!

Beautiful car, more pics please

Wow, that’s a great RV and a great deal! I thought all these performance sedans had horrible residuals.

Great color selection…

Brilliant - esp with 12k /yr- and not a bad deal for BMW BH (if my eyes don’t deceive me?) I’ve rarely had any good pricing from those guys.

Did you look around at other dealers?

I still have the MSDs from my current lease and playing with your numbers (I.e 7x MSD and paying first month, tax and title) gets me to $980. Pity I’m not in the market for another car for about 18mths :weary:

Awesome. Which dealer pulled this off?

BH, Crevier and Irvine are all willing to make good deals!

This is my third car from BH so I guess we have a relationship. I looked at all the dealers in the Socal area and Crevier, Irvine and BH were the only one really making the effort to work with me.

I’m anal, but if I were you I would put the first month upfront to get to the 1% rule.

I was going to, but I’ve never done a sign and drive and I wanted to see what it was like to roll out in a $100k vehicle without paying for it. I can tell you, IT FELT AMAZING!

I’m happy Bmw is leasing relatively well. I’ll be looking for a ‘19 7 series after the ‘20 model drops in April. You scored an incredible vehicle man, enjoy every second of it

1100 for an M3 is leasing well??

No, an m3 is $65-90k depending on options. This is the M3CS which starts at $99k. It has more hp, more torque, upgraded (and downgraded for weight) interior, carbon fiber ventilated hood, retuned suspension and other misc improvements over the M3 ZCP. The color is limited in the US to 81 and is a $5k option. It’s definitely not a car if you just want an M3, but the last and supposedly best version of the F80 M3—the M3 swan song if you will. If you are willing to pay the premium, it’s not a bad deal.

BUT to your point, compared to other $100k cars, this car is leasing well. I considered a 911 and a Cayman S, and this leases much much better. MF on a Cayman S was 0.00209 with a 44% rv. yikes!
