Good deals for <5k MY19 4 series vehicles - 0.83 and 0.86% respectively, before tax.

For those who don’t qualify for loyalty or have OL codes, this is a good way to get into the family to set yourself up for a unicorn in 2 years.

Those are some massive discounts. Wonder if buying and driving for a year or two then flipping to carmax carvana etc would work.

Good point on that 430i …

At that $311 payment, after a year the payoff will be around $28,000 + tax. Which is around the trade in value of a 2018 430i GC ref: edmunds.com

Very important to consider. Possibly better way than what I did, taking over a short term lease with $5k Lease protection plan and MSDs (next moth MSDs came for everybody).

OK. So quick question. You have a ton of low mileage vehicles on your website. How do i know which ones are going to be good deals? Some you have -5k , others have you have -15k shown for almost the exact same vehicle.

That’s kind of how lease hacking works. Figure out the residual based on mileage and do some independent calculations to see where the money is at.

From what I have seen the ones between 5000-7,499 have worked out better than 7,500 +

Yeah but why pay 1000 in bank fee and then a not great interest rate on top of it. I’m also in Virginia so taxes are the same either way.

Understood, but he listed a different discount in his original post than what is shown on the website. So do we assume a better discount than what is shown on the website?

That’s pretty standard dealer practice since people always negotiate the listing. If he listed cars at rock bottom, everyone would come in expecting even more and their margins would disappear. I’m sure it varies by vehicle. The discounts on the ones he’s listing here are likely the biggest, which is why he’s posting them
