Going through the financing part of my Rivian R1S purchase.
Been leasing for 25 years and this is the most brutal customer service experience I’ve ever had.
Going to the dealership might be better.
My dedicated rep can not answer basic questions.
I can’t even imagine what dealing with the service dept. will be like.
Anyone on here actually have a decent experience with them?
