Need help with building the lease proposal - I am following the proposal format from this post - Building a Motor Vehicle Lease
Here is what I am hoping I can get for a 2025 Honda Prologue Elite AWD in MA. Does this seem too aggressive? I have looked at the various signed prologue deals and it does seem a tad bit ambitious.
These are the available incentives
$7500 lease credit
$4500 captive lease offer
$3300 loyalty/conquest
$5000 dealer cash
Questions
- I put dealer cash ($5000) in the agreed upon value to reduce the selling price. Does that seem like the right place?
- I calculated the CCR partial rebate using $15530 as the total rebate - which is 7500+4500+3300. All the incentives except dealer cash. Is that correct
- I pulled the Lease payment information from the calculator
Attaching my work in progress proposal. Does that look OK in terms of the information that is in there?
