I have a Volkswagen Passat lease ending in February. I am trying to find a $30k to $45k car where the lease payment would be near the 1% payment with $0 due at signing. I am in Ohio and would be looking at 10k miles per year.

I have been trying to find deals for the past few weeks and have been unsuccessful. I really like the Acura TLX A-SPEC, but haven’t been able to get close.

I prefer a sedan, but would be okay with a crossover or SUV. Must be big enough to easily fit a car seat.

Really like Apple CarPlay, Blindspot Mirrors, and Back up Sensors. Bonuses would be Remote Starter, Lane Assist, and Adaptive Cruise Control.

Anyone have any suggestions, or can help point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
