I never said it couldn’t be be had for that monthly. Someone mentioned one could be had for $450/month. They are yet to share where they saw these numbers.
Maybe you should take a few minutes to read my previous comments.
For starters, the broker’s deal you posted shows a calculator link with an 11% off discount. However, when you actually look at the spreadsheet it only shows a discount of 9-10% off. The brokler’s deal also includes MSDs. The monthly payment does not include any taxes, either.
This price is also before any broker fees or shipping. My previous statement still stands.
The bigger question is whether paying $600+ for a ~50k 3 series is a good deal.

New here so bear with me…
Looking for a new SUV for my wife, as her lease is up on her Lexus RX350, which I got pre-covid for $399 a month. There is actually some equity built in here with only 20,000 miles on it, so I’m trying to figure out what is the best way to deal with that too.

Unfortunately yes… I extended her lease as long as I could for the continued $399 payments but the time has come.
Wild cause my payment on my Cayenne GTS coupe is $1000 at .9% financing LOL.
just the initial fees. taxes built in. I don’t know what’s happened. my last 3 x1’s were all max 430/month
X1 is a car you finance, not lease these days.

Are you aware NJ has no sales tax on EVs? Get in while you still can. Go check out a Nissan Ariya and you can even reduce your payment. If you really need a 3 row SUV, then I would be looking at Kia EV9 or Rivian R1S.
Can I get a Broker to reach out that can get me a very cheap BEV in the Midwest? I’m in Michigan and I can’t get any of these dealers to budge. I see tons of people say they get under $200 per month deals in SoCal but never anything near me.
