I’m turning in a Mercedes C43 and BMW X3 soon, and looking to replace them with an M550i. I know all the craziness going on now is going to possibly make it take longer to get stuff put together and what I’m looking for may be a bit difficult, so I thought I’d start putting feelers out now, but I have a bit of flexibility on timing.

What I’m looking for

Ideally a custom build (would also work great for timing purposes), but I know that may not be realistic.

Color: Any color but brown.
Interior: White or Black Nappa leather
Must-haves: Heated seats, Premium package, Driving Assistance Plus
Nice-to-haves: Dynamic handling, heated steering wheel, All-season tires

Timing

Ideally would be mid/late April or May, but for the right deal I can do as early as this month. I can also extend my BMW lease a few months and do something in June/July.

Budget

Looking to be under $900/month pre-tax, with ~$4k out of pocket including shipping/broker fees.

Update: @NurseAl was able to find a dealer with an M550 allocation for me.

For comparison, The '18 Chevy Colorado Base + few packages & V6 was 23 Payments of $199+Tax with $0 DAS. No real budget, just looking for something functional. I wasn’t even looking for a car when I got the Colorado, it was just a good deal and I could push getting a new car for another 2 years.
