Hello sir, you are miscalculating it. $14,800+ (35*850)=$44,250/36(month lease)= 1,229.16 and if you minus the CCA incentive it would be = $1,201.38.
That’s 15K miles and includes tax. I would say it’s a killer deal for sure!
