Thank you for the free advertising! āPromptā is what I go for. I work with clients whos time is worth more than saving an additional 2%. Clearly you are looking for the cheapest cheap cheap price. That is ok! That is the boat that I PERSONALLY fall into as well. My clients make 6 figures plus MONTHLY they want quick responses and even faster delivery! Just yesterday I got a text at 1am from someone who wanted an xc90. I sent my customer the details, emailed my service manager so when he got in at 8am started having the xc90 prepped. At 9am I called got insurance, got everything into billing by 915. Left long island at 930. Got to NJ at 1150, had him signed out before noon. Drove his car back to brooklyn to drop it off with his wife, went over the car with her and returned her current lease. From when he messaged me to when the transaction was done I took 17 ACTIVE minutes of his time. That is what I do, and that is what makes me the best at what I do.
Since you took the time to come on here and try to bad mouth me I am going to choose violence.
You cannot afford my services. Please go look for a volvo outlet store as clearly you cant afford retail much less concierge pricing.
When you find the outlet store that meets your pricing demands (and most certianly get a bad survey from you), I will make sure that I do not swap them my XC60. You could have chosen to be a gentleman Christopher, but you didnāt.

Iām a business owner and I deal with customers / potential customers a lot more unreasonable and rude than @Chb310 . Somebody giving you a negative feedback / review doesnāt mean you can trash talk them. Taking a negative review / feedback politely even if unfair is part of doing business. You may not need their business or my business but it doesnāt allow you to talk like this.
