A few brokers on here

This is a phone number you publicly advertise, right? You can share your business hours and respond to queries within your business hours but I haven’t seen a single business which disrespects customers because they are calling / texting a business number out of business hours.

There is a very easy solution to your problem. You can ask potential customers to fill a form where you can require specific information and respond based on the information and share your number only if it make sense but instead you choose to disrespect people and brag about how great you are at your job.

I started following this forum last September when I leased my first car through a broker. My broker even didn’t share a phone number and did everything through email and I had a pleasant experience.

I try to follow the forum and wanted to participate at times but I see many threads, not just marketplace, are full of people talking about how great they are and how others cannot afford a house, a car or their services.

There was a thread a couple of weeks ago where someone shared a negative feedback about a dealer and I think it was respectful one. They bullied the guy and he had to delete his message. When I asked trusted hackers if it is acceptable they basically said nobody got hurt let’s move on.

I think a little more respect would make this forum a lot more useful but majority seems to be happy with the current state.
