Well i asked for a refund for a vehicle i didnt get due to finance rates. He continuosly pressed me and made me succumb into this deal without any sort of time to think about it.
Stop coming here with paid reviews by Jim. This guys a scam

You agreed to purchase an $72k truck at sticker with a $2k finder’s fee paid to the broker. How you choose to finance the vehicle has absolutely nothing to do with the broker. If you can’t afford an $72k vehicle you shouldn’t be paying someone $2k to find you it.

He knew the terms… he read all reviews. I told him non refundable etc. He admitted as much and said “sometimes life changes”. Like me losing a desirable car…

Thats not the point. That rates have gone up and it was hard for me to go through with it because of rates. Jim asked me to do it quickly and he said better do it now or you ain’t getting the deal. I acknowledged i backed out so i asked for half back. He still made 1k but he is a greedy mfer. Probably why he works with toyota only. Scam artist

Rates have been the same all month! And I told you we don’t know February rates yet!
It’s even possible Toyota has a special and does 4.99 again like December.

That is the point…this isn’t how this works. Unless you had a rate lock when you gave the deposit, then you are not getting a refund.

So what happens if he decides to get another car from you, say a Camry or RAV4 (you usually charge $500 hundo for those right ?) You get him the deal and refund him $1500 or do you keep the entire $2k ?
Just curious about your policy that’s all .
So YOU chose not to move forward with the purchase after agreeing that you would not receive a refund for choosing not to move forward.
I get that youre unhappy with the consequences of your actions, but it seems pretty clear that exactly what you agreed to happened.
