@admins I’d like to understand the admin’s perspective on these
1/Hidden fee/Overcharge — the broker appears to be a long-timer here and he is doing what exactly he is not supposed to do, and he just got a warning?
2/Refund handling — the refund was not issued voluntarily by the broker. The customer had to escalate to a fraud dispute through their bank to recover the funds. How is this considered acceptable conduct on the platform. And you were helping to sweep it under the rug by saying “They were able to resolve the refund” ?
3/Apparent bias — your response seems to be heavily bias towards the broker instead of the community/fellow leasehacker. why?
