For real, Jon fills the landfill with our entertaining jokes and memes. Then he lets this dumpster fire of the thread live on. Makes no sense.
Yup ! Has an alert set on mine. Everytime i post, landfill trigger sets off ! Watch !
LMAO
You owned $5000 to the buyer, AND you didnât refund the buyer for over 4 weeks!
The buyer had to open an dispute with the Chase to get the money back!
FRAUD is FRAUD, everyone just keep away.
@dukez i am wondering how you reached this conclusion, âThe issue has already been resolved to the satisfaction of both partiesâ
@admins Iâd like to understand the adminâs perspective on these
1/Hidden fee/Overcharge â the broker appears to be a long-timer here and he is doing what exactly he is not supposed to do, and he just got a warning?
2/Refund handling â the refund was not issued voluntarily by the broker. The customer had to escalate to a fraud dispute through their bank to recover the funds. How is this considered acceptable conduct on the platform. And you were helping to sweep it under the rug by saying âThey were able to resolve the refundâ ?
3/Apparent bias â your response seems to be heavily bias towards the broker instead of the community/fellow leasehacker. why?
youâre acting like thereâs some sort of conspiracy where we are in bed with brokers on the forum and you need to play detective. Weâve now heard from both the customer, who couldnât get money returned from PayPal, and the broker, who told PayPal the customer was correct. LH admins intervened and were informed by both parties that the issue was resolved, and closed the loop. Very easy to see how that conclusion was drawn. We have zero obligation to even mediate in the first place. LH doesnât endorse any of the brokers on the forum or facilitate transactions between parties.
The purpose of this thread is for customers to leave reviews. The customer apparently had 5 good experiences and has now had a bad one, and left a negative review recounting it. The broker responded. He said, she said. If you donât like them, donât buy from them. We can all go home now.
Again, my question is: how did you decide that âboth parties were satisfiedâ when it looks like you only heard the brokerâs side and not the customerâs? Of course, I completely understandâafter all, as you so graciously reminded me, âyou arenât owed an explanation and they arenât obligated to actually share anything with you.â
Its pretty interesting that the people commenting
1- someone that just joined LH an hour ago, and somehow ended up on my review page and decided to give their input.
2- The others that liked the posts and are commenting are miraculously on my review page 5 min after anything is posted and have never posted anything anywhere on the forum.
Clientâs bad experience was posted, everything that needs to be said was said, dont see why a review page has to be spammed.
I didnât hear anything. Our admins reached out to both parties who confirmed it was resolved.
Why youâre making their resolved problem your personal unresolved problem is its own mystery. This is a review thread.
Hey wanted to know if you can share the details of what dealer is this special at Iâve been looking for one and havenât gotten any where near those numbers.
Interested in details
