Good for you. I rather âstorm the capitalâ than sit there and look where is my country going. U.S debt is $33t, mortgage over 8% gas close to $5, cost of life double in last year alone while âpresidentâ of this country just gave away $100mil to Ukraine of tax payers money, while school sucks, roads, hospitals and need attention, taxes going up. I work in corporate and we have two people hard core Biden supporters , when you used to try talking to them with arguments they had nothing to say but still supported whatver Alzheimerâs was saying, now they changed (they still hate Trump) but saying no way we voting democrats again, economy in shit, gender bullshit in school, illegals all over and so far so some of them waking up.

Virginia has voted blue in presidential elections since 2008. Youâre referencing solely when Youngkin won the governorship. Since then, and especially after Dobbs, Virginia has absolutely moved to the left.

Rates werenât that good back then so I imagine lease deals werenât either. I wasnât in the lease game so canât say for sure but would speculate that was the case. I know my mortgages were in the 6-7% range so a little less then today. Msrps were certainly much lower though.
I think the best times for leasing was prob the sweet spot of 2017-2020. Pricing will likely never go back to that besides the random ev deal we see here due to subsidies. We would prob be getting free evs then had that tech developed sooner.
