I am new to leasing . So when my dealer says that the adjusted cap cost is 39k , does it mean they will handle all registration and title transfer and paying of 6.25% taxes and transfer it to my name. Or does 39k just include the buyout and registration and titling are separate ?

Wrong. My point was not to block anything and let it really be free market. If manufacturers want to sell directly then they should be able to. Lobbyists should not dictate laws.

That may be true, but messing with your state’s largest private employer (not to mention how many ancillary jobs D supports in FL), the largest entertainment company in the world and indeed one of the most “beloved” companies in the world just to pander to a base that will vote for you regardless is just plain dumb.
