I wouldn’t recommend it especially in a hot climate. But if it’s a must, use a cable properly rated for the load and something UL listed.

Is the charger that comes with the 4xe water/rain proof? Can I just leave it outside like that?
Bro, we told you dual top would be a PITA when you ordered it. 
Anyway, assuming nothing is hung up and everything was installed in the correct order with the soft top, you probably need to leave it out in the sun or heat it a bit to get it to be more flexible. It may take some effort the first few times, but you should be able to stretch it enough to get it to latch.
Yes, it is. I wouldnt submerge it (although it is rated for submersion)
If you solicit and electrician I would suggest asking for a 240v option for level 2 charging especially if you own your home. It would be an investment in your home and makes the 4XE more enjoyable staying in EV mode being able to top off quickly at home throughout the day.

Yeah. It took me like an hour taking the hard top off and then about an hour trying to get the soft top in. The lock on the soft top got stuck at the start too. But anyway. I am going to check in the morning to see if anything gets better.
I’ll try ordering a SOT next time.

Ordered a 2019 rubicon unlimited back in 2019. It came in 14 days from order to delivery. Miss those days.

I just locked in yesterday. I literally just need a new 240 plug wherever I want my charger right? Then just buy the Level2 from Costco and it just plugs in right? Nothing more?
