20k? That’s a crappy state school these days. You’re looking at upwards of 60 now. Best thing anyone can do is hit community college for 2 years to bang out common classes then transfer. Unless they get good scholarships.

I worked in higher-ed when I was finishing my degree, and it’s the only industry with roughly 8% inflation YoY that has never had a correction in its history.
I mean collapse in price. Not in entirety. I want a lot of professionals to still attend college. There’s just many that could train elsewhere much cheaper.
Just like everything, once the govt subsidizes it the price inflates.
Meanwhile my plumber and electrician can charge me $100/hr. Trades should be pushed more in high school, I’m sure soon that will be the case. Especially if online classes become the new normal. It will give kids more time to research the ROI of a college education now.

there needs to be a realistic analysis of the costs of education from an independent party. All the cost to “beautify” campuses and living spaces is outrageous. need good education not a building that’s easy on eyes for 4 years.

It’s one of the most consistently easy brands to lease hack with however some recent residual and incentive drops may change this.

I don’t particularly even like BMW, but I’m a sucker for a deal, so I’ve had 5 over the last 2 years. Usually keep them 6 months or so until another one pops up that I can’t pass on! Me and the wife have CCA so we can get 2 rebates a year!

True…Phytonic is too much on a large SUV. Maybe a smaller car would be ok. Tanzanite is much better!

Yeah, I’m not usually a fan of the satin chrome surrounds but on this color they actually look pretty decent.
I’m still probably going to do a chrome delete on it though!
