Returned Arya and got Blazer EV and actually like it more as it’s few inches wider and feels not as small as well the ride is softer. But got barebones trim so heads up display nor heated seats and steering wheel
Can Drive Mode be made to start up in ECO mode instead of standard?
What does the Blazer EV deal look like? I am also looking at Blazer EV and maybe the RS trim as the wife wants HUD as the Ariya currently has.
The whole thing was described in this thread
But long story short, I got it for $3,600 OnePay after everything said and done, but it was for a basic LT without any additional options.
My wife also liked Arya Engage+ a lot, as well as the heads-up display. But then she drove Blazer and said she likes how it drive more than Arya. It also feels more spacious as I think it is wider than Arya. She hasn’t complained about not having HUD after a week of ownership.
And I think she enjoys a much larger display with built-in Google Maps and no need to wait for CarPlay to connect to show directions. Additionally, the built-in Google Maps now displays your battery level at your destination, as well as all nearby chargers. Wasn’t really getting that in Arya through Apple CarPlay.
Wife’s happiness is the most important!
No, it must be set manually on every drive.
Did nobody else get the $10k incentive offer? I wonder whether they just did that to test the waters, since the landscape once the tax breaks end is somewhat unknown, and they have quite a few people with months left on their lease.
I didn’t get one but then I’m 11 months out
I got it right after I scheduled returne inspection. Straight to trash
Interested on the pricing of the tires as well… my rear tires are cooked…
Depending on the price I won’t bother spending on used tires + assembly.
We should start tracking our VINs through the system and see how much they fetch at auctions, and then what they will be listed for at dealerships.
even w/ 10k rebate, still negative equity if i buy then sell it to carvana.
Already quite a few retailing under 20k. It won’t be pretty.
followed mine… it was a loaded platinum and got $22k at auction and was listed at $25k retail. Sold quick.
Msrp was $63k I believe and buyout was near 40k
That’s actually a reasonable price from my point of view on a Platinum
40k loss in 18 months is reasonable?
Reasonable to pay for that car as a consumer.
And $48k loss is an overstatement starting with $7,500 rebate from government, collected rent interest over the time of the lease, carbon credits against V8 SUV, or even simple Frontier that has ugly 18mpg as well as loss harvested against income to leases taxes…
Yeah, a 2yo Platinum close to 20k is quite a lot of car for the money.
