Hi,
I am interested in selling my lease car. I still have 2 years of lease left. The car is in excellent condition and drove only 5000miles. It’s Mazda CX-5 touring with preferred package (2020).
Any suggestion on how I can proceed with sell, eg: do I have to first buyout and then sell?, where I can get the best buck?
Thank you,
Jason

In today’s market, buying out your lease could be a good alternative to leasing a new replacement vehicle, given the sky high prices of new cars due to the global semiconductor shortage. Here’s what you need to know about purchasing your leased...
If your lease is through Mazda Capital (Chase) or Mazda Financial Services (TFS), you can still have a third-party dealer buy out the lease.

Hi there
From experience Carmax offers the highest quotes in our area for Mazda
Ton of reviews for Carmax here
Sold my 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE to CarMax yesterday, lease was set to expire in May. I only had two payments left. Payoff was around $17,800 CarMax offered me $20,000 and cut me a check for the difference. Super easy process, highly recommended.
Go to Carmax.com and get free estimate.
