Mid $400s Lease SUV in Texas Possible?

It is a good deal. It is just a car that you finance, not lease.

Why would members on LH entertain numbers like these?
I’m sure these are very similar to the numbers if one just walked into a dealership and didn’t negotiate

Where have you seen anyone on LH leasing a Highlander recently? There’s a reason why they aren’t and it has nothing to do with the brokers/dealers on here.

Do you mean its a good deal assuming one buys after the lease?

How do you think this is a good deal, is it assuming one buys at end of lease

In a similar situation myself. The best I could find in WA when I was looking in early August was an effective $527/month for an EV9 short range. 10.2% tax included. Although I did qualify for some additional incentives which helped bring it down to that point.

No. It is something you finance/pay cash when you purchase. 9% is a really good deal on a new Highlander and it is probably below invoice

Nowhere. But this was a very busy thread from supposedly someone who works at the dealer so I thought all deals were good deals. Despite people saying this is a good deal, in terms of leasing I don’t see it as so

What price range do you realistically think a ‘great’ deal would be for 3 rows here in Texas?

It probably is a good deal for a Highlander. Just because you are on LH doesn’t mean that magically any car you want will be a good deal overall.

18 month ago I was able to get the qx80 for $377/mo w $500 down. Haven’t found anything remotely close

What brokers were offering deals in TX on 3 row SUVs in the $400s with 0 DAS?

The sales tax structure in TX makes it just about impossible to replicate a deal you see posted from another state. Best you can hope for is to replicate other’s deal BEFORE TAX, then add the 6.25% TX tax to the bottom line. Sales tax credits are getting tougher to find in TX now. The captives are focusing the sales tax credits on EVs that they can’t get rid of otherwise.

Those QX 80 deals were a right place right time deal. I know they were a dinosaur vehicle but for the money it couldn’t be beat at that time. I picked up one too. Not quite that cheap but I did splurge for a higher trim level. Still a good deal overall.

No broker was able to do that and I even paid for someone to try to get me a good deal from LH. I went out myself and got it 4 times. 2 cars at a time 3 years apart.

I was disappointed no one could deliver because I saw similar deals from different states, same car. And maybe a few from Texas same car

This guy did it!!! SEE, it IS possible.
Shouldn’t this be replicatable especially through a broker? Don’t even have to come at the same number shoot I’m happy with even $500-$525/mo

Edit, I think it’s posted somewhere else where he said the car was selling for less than they paid.

So he made out like a bandit. And it’s a US Bank lease which is notoriously hard to get out of.

If only the CX90 had been mentioned earlier…

My guy is going to be tripping when he finds out that the 3 series isnt $300 on a sign and drive or the vantage isnt under 1k…

I snagged a qx60 luxe w 3rd row for $486 but 1500 das plus 1000 in msd. Effective was around 580. Had loyalty and conquest to add to 13% off msrp. It’s not quite where you want to be but it’s close and it’s really nice in my opinion. We looked at the cx90 which is also nice but I thought Infiniti was nicer.

Check the Kia EV9s. New incentives just hit for September. Focus on the 24 month lease for the best deal.
