I’ve made my contributions to the entertainment value of those threads. Still no real sunroof or massaging seats or intelligent mode that I know of on either. NVM storage space of a Yugo and less than ideal egress for my messed up back. Like I said before, to each their own.

Wasn’t speaking looks-wise, although in my opinion the i7 looks better than the EQS. The ride quality, fit & finish, and just about everything else in my i7 x60 has been better than my EQS 450 4matic
But a V8 beats them both

Not sure what issues you’re seeing with fit and finish on the EQS, both of mine have been mostly fine in that respect while the CLS did squeak occasionally. Big difference between the 450 and the AMG driving wise though, everything from power to suspension to brake tuning including OPD.
Now, these are computers on wheels and BMW software is both faster and less glitchy. MBUX is less convoluted though but it’s absolute crap IMHO.

I think the 8/4 series and the CLE are the biggest verts.
