My autovin report showed “no charging cable” but I wasn’t charged. I recall my build sheet showing a credit as the charging cable was not provided. Pretty sure it was less then $900 lol

As others said, you need to check your windows sticker. When I got my eqb, I caught it. My salesman is giving me a 3rd party one, not sure if it’s the same as the one they’re giving out but I have my email conversation saved if I got ding for this.
I guess most of us have level 2 charger at home and or some use free chargingat EA.
Currently i have my 5th EV and never opened the bag with Level 1 charger LOL.
Beautiful experience, im stuck at shop rite. Car is at malfunction, tow away is disabled, etc. call benz and told me to hold on few mins, lock car walk away. If nothing happens they coming with tow truck, and uber car to get me home. 
Update, benz sent 2 tow trucks and none of them can move car. Now waiting on another company

Why not tell them to bring a dolly? I had similar issue but driver had dolly to move the car out of the garage and onto the flatbed
Level one charger is basically of no use 
as it would take forever to charge car. I’ve got a leftover charger from the previous bmw, which I’ve only used twice with EQS. Otherwise been using the free fast charging at electrify america while grocery shopping.
The window sticker doesn’t mention charging cable, so will take it up with MBFS and see where it goes.

Thats what the first one said, so now car is at the dealer will see what they say tomorrow, hoepfully their open due to the holiday. Thank god i was going to ground my taycan this weekend and something told me to hold another week

Imma add you to the list of users where the wife won’t allow the family and kids back in the EQS for any trip over 5 miles.

They prob don’t want the liability to try and jack the car up to then put the dolly under. EQS has weird Jack points. You prob don’t care when you swap wheels.

Nah me and my wife are fans of EV but its just annoying when your car drops you in the middle of shopping center with groceries. Benz got us a taxi to our house and took our car. Its just sucks you gotta move all the kids seats, scrollers, etc

Were you able to get the software updates about the battery management/malfunction errors before this happened?
No, only thing was done was replacing my fuses and fuse box (recall). Tomorrow i will call dealer and see what they say. But Benz roadside assistance did say the car will need a software update.
Edit, tow truck was laughing when he came, said you have no idea how many we been towing these cars lol

Yeah, since their engines never ever left anyone stranded. And unlike Germans, Lexus doesn’t believe that their “perfect” cars can ever be lemoned. Ask me how I know.

Realize the current pull ahead ends March 31 as of Nov. My lease ends early April - do you think that I can still do the pull-ahead and potentially just pay for the 1 month ahead of time?

Pull ahead is one thing even if a dealer or You “will pay one month payment,” but you will not qualify for a loyalty bonus where EQS gets $5k.

Just an update regarding the lease end charges. I called MBFS and finally got someone on First Class on the phone. What a stuck up bunch of people. I submitted the invoice for the service and they were able to refund the $350 charge (for service light). They did not waive any additional charges.
Has anyone been successful in getting more charges dropped? I think I read that someone was able to

$500 waiver for excessive wear and tear if You are going into another lease.
