This is absolutely incorrect. The range is great compared to other EVs. I regularly get more than 300 miles per charge

TBH any non-Tesla EV probably has way better range than a Tesla (full disclosure I have a MY 
). And my choices for the next ride are two gas-guzzlers or a PHEV. My neck of the woods have way too many BEV’s.
Is this like new car warranty or some stuff not covered example like battery?

Merecedes describes it as “The Mercedes-Benz Extended Limited Warranty is an extension of the original New Vehicle Limited Warranty with a few exceptions.” It does not cover battery & DU, because they are already covered for 10yr and 155K miles with EQS.

Range on the EQS is really good actually. Easily get 375mi on my 450 4matic unless road tripping at which it’s about 325 mi. My old model y was a joke - 260mi max.

I agree on the Tesla part… though roadtripping in the MY was great. The LA-SF route is so heavy on superchargers that it’s never an issue; jump in and go.
My ‘22 MYP already has about… 7-8% battery degradation. It’s a car… I use it like a car and don’t baby it. But some of the quirks around EV ownership are also making me go back to ICE or at least PHEV’s.

So the dealer just tried to up sell me on end lease protection that’s covers 7500 for only 40 dollar extra a month for 36 months, is it a good peace of mind?

Vast majority of the problems are generic MBZ problems, not EQ specific. I was going to post the same chart @mohammadm5 posted. Sure, we could all drive Camrys for the same price, right?

It should go away on it’s own. A few possible causes:
1 - fog or very high humidity
2 - dirt buildup
3 - intetference from other cars. I was told by a shop foreman that certain Audis and Escalades can interfere with many MBZ cars, not just EQx
4 - interference from electric installations (without proper shielding something rather - way out of my wheelhouse)

Same with EQE350 4MATIC. I have been averaging 349 miles on a full charge. Benz EQ range is very impressive and far exceeds the epa estimate

I picked up my eqs yesterday and it came with webasto charger, when I plug it in it turns blue first then blue and red then blank then blue then red then orange and it stays orange, can y’all help me plz?
