Well, the sales tax credit doesn’t come out of the dealer’s pocket. So, they “gave” you nothing there. MB Financial “gave” you that. So, that has nothing to do with the fees. You need to get a breakdown on the fees. I’m fairly certain they marked up the acq fee to $1095. That’s pretty standard for an MB dealer. So, you’re probably not going to get them to discount that. I’d still like to know what else is included in that.
I think you need to step back from talking to dealers until you have a well-researched target deal established
TX dealers don’t typically extend tax credits on 48 month lease. Be sure to check on that.
Thank you, will ask them for a break down.
My target deal for this EV is to be close to sale price of GLE financed 72 months which comes around 1k-1.2k for 60k vehicle. Iv don a bit research for last 1 year+ and also tried very hard and always hit Texas wall of anti lease. I Know people outside Texas can get them for $650-$750 on loaners but never seen a Texas person get them yet.
Thats not a target deal. That may be your budget, but it isnt a target deal.
They said they have it on 24 36 and 48
New monthly is
0 down is
24 months -$1278.60
36 months -$1093.19
48 months-$1089.05
Money factor 0.00126
Down or due at signing?
Good question, asking right now.
Yes 0 due at signing
Now go put together a target deal to establish what this should cost so you actually have something to compare against.
I’m not really sure what I’m going for.
Mo, mere bhai jaan. You are new to this hobby. Don’t blame Texas for being anti lease. Read and intake the information, use tags to narrow in to TX deals. There are plenty of em. Plano is not going play ball if you are in their territory. Go to FT Worth or Houston.

Sorry for tagging all y’all, I’m going to go with this deal and just wanted to see what y’all think about 48 month lease? Like I have never looked into negatives of long term lease, iv noticed most if not all are 24 and 36 month leases
Need to decide on how many months.
Do 24 months lease
Could you explain the reason behind 24 months? My fear is I won’t find another lease like those for long time in Texas, which could be unfounded😅
When you put together your target deal and have the filled out calculator sitting there in front of you to look at the different term options, it will likely be obvious why 24 months.
Going through 2-3 sets of tires is a big downside. Each set is nearing $1500 I believe
With 12 days left of NJ EV sales tax exemption bliss, I find myself working an EQS 580 SUV deal. Am I crazy for considering this future lemon? Any feedback from owners on how it’s performed in cold/winter weather?
