The reason we ask for $1500 is that these vehicles were transported out of state and we cover the bill for $950 each vehicle in order to reduce costs of the deal and retain the remaining $550 as our broker fee.

There is no broker fee required on top of any of the deals in our threads. Hence them not being stated. Per marketplace guidelines, broker fees are listed “if required”. In our case, they are not.

This deal you just quoted and referenced is one that was done outside of Leasehackr and it shows numerous times on the thread that. Did you care to review that before your accusation?

First and foremost, @whx12399 inquired for a vehicle OUTSIDE of LeaseHackr forum. We do have numerous ads as it very known since we do advertise multiple cars, multiple regions, and multiple deals to cater to as many clientele as possible.

Yes correct, the only deal in that format was the GLC deal due to the transport.

This is not part of the marketplace guidelines to list $0 broker fee/no broker fee and was simply a suggestion you gave us for advertising prior.

You are doing the same thing another broker did on here, mis-representing the dollar amount due to you vs the dealer.

Caution: Omegaautogroup Broker Fee Discrepancies

Omega Auto Group misrepresented the required broker fee ($1,099 paid directly by customer to broker vs. $799 as advertised), a violation of the Marketplace Guidelines. All of Omega Auto Group’s threads will be unlisted until each thread provides full disclosure of broker fees (in dollar amount) that must be paid by the consumer to the broker in order to obtain the deal. Non-compliance will result in suspension. Personal identifying information in this thread will be deleted.
